Dr. Franco Delia — Founder
Franco Delia is a lawyer and the founder of the firm. His practice focuses on complex litigation, economic crime, and disputes with an international dimension, combining technical precision, strategic vision, and a comprehensive approach to legal risk.
Before establishing his own practice, he worked at prestigious firms specialising in corporate and international criminal law in the City of Buenos Aires, handling matters relating to public international law, federal litigation, and highly complex disputes, including proceedings before international courts. He also serves as an assistant lecturer in Public International Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina.
He earned his law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina and holds a master's degree in International Relations from the University of Essex (United Kingdom), with a focus on international security and transnational criminality. He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Universidad Austral.
His trilingual profile and experience across both local and international contexts reinforce the firm's focus on sophisticated economic disputes of an international character.
